Pauline is a Director and heads up the Private Client department specialising in the preparation of Wills, Inheritance tax planning, Trusts, Executries, Guardianships, Powers of Attorney, with a particular emphasis on elder law and long term care planning. She also provides property advice including purchase and sales and transfers of title.

She has also been involved in setting up, the administration and termination of trusts as well as providing expertise in complex executries, issues of succession, inheritance tax planning and management of individual and family assets, partnerships and small businesses.

With over 30 years of experience, clients enjoy the excellent customer service whilst benefitting from her wide range of legal knowledge and professionalism.

In addition to being qualified in Scot’s Law, Pauline is qualified in England & Wales as well as in New Zealand where she lived and worked for several years before returning to Scotland in 2007.

Married to Alan, they have a son with whom she spends a lot of time cooking and eating or talking about cooking and eating. When time permits, she enjoys pilates, walking, travelling, cooking and she has been known to bake from time to time.
